Selection
Intervita Onlus would like to meet people who are interested in the Association’s mission and who are motivated to personally contribute their skills towards International Cooperation. We seek capable and motivated people to achieve effective and original solutions to everyday problems.
In order to ensure complete transparency and accountability, the selection and recruitment process – in compliance with our Code of Ethics (Legislative Decree 231/01) – provides for a minimum of two interviews, with :
-    the Human Resources Department
-    the Head of Department where the resource is placed
-    Chief Executive (according to the job vacancy)
Our positions are open to all candidates, without discrimination at to nationality, religion, gender, age or political affiliation.


Contractual placement of Staff
Intervita Onlus wishes to grow with our employees, whom we encourage to become true assets and collaborators. Consistent with these principles, Intervita Onlus employees are recruited on either permanent or fixed-term.


Development and Training
Intervita Onlus invests in the development of our staff through a continuous course of training, coaching and discussions with Department Managers.
In addition, a Performance Evaluation System has been adopted, with the aim of guaranteeing the development of widespread strategic expertise also through a programme of continuous training.


Apprenticeships
We have various agreements with a number of Universities, as we are very interested in starting short-term courses and apprenticeships so as to introduce new stimuli, energy and expertise into our organisation.
