Selection

Intervita Onlus would like to meet people who are interested in the Association’s Mission and who are motivated to enter the sector of International Cooperation in order to make their own personal contribution. We need people capable of finding efficient and original solutions to everyday problems.
The Research and Selection process involves not only the Human Resources Department, but at least one other Department Manager and, depending on the person required, General Management.
The process for the selection of candidates, which entails at least two interviews, will take place in full compliance with Italian legislative decree no. 231/01 and our Code of Ethics, with the aim of guaranteeing full transparency and clarity in how the selection is carried out.

Our research positions are open to all candidates, without discrimination of: nationality, religion, gender, age or political leaning.

Training periods and Apprenticeships
We have various agreements with a number of Universities, as we are very interested in starting short-term courses and apprenticeships so as to introduce new stimuli, energy and expertise into our organisation. Send your Cv, in the object the area of interest (e.g. Human resources)

Contractual placement of Staff

We wish to grow with our collaborators, whom we want to become our de facto true heritage. This is why all staff of Intervita Onlus are usually taken on with either fixed term or indefinite employee work contracts (CCNL UNEBA, National Labour Collective Agreement for the National Union of Social Assistance Initiatives and Institutions).

Development and Training

Intervita Onlus invests in the development of its own staff through a continuous course of coaching and comparison with its own Department Managers.

 

Furthermore, a Performance Evaluation System has been selected, with the aim of guaranteeing the development of widespread strategic expertise also through a programme of continuous training.
